Chair, Springwater Cultural & Heritage Advisory Committee

Four years working within the municipal system to protect our local history and culture, advance real projects and policies, and build firsthand experience with municipal procedures and decision-making.

Chair, Midhurst Community Recreation Association

Supporting community life through local events, recreation, and heritage projects. Running the annual Autumnfest Fall Fair, with vendors, games, food and more, hosting the Scarecrow Contest and Tree Lighting Ceremony, and supporting the Doran Park outdoor rink for skating and hockey.

Volunteer Coordinator, Wiidookdaadiwin Lookout

Bringing visitors and tourism dollars to the Minesing area, helping share Indigenous heritage and knowledge of our local environment, and coordinating dozens of volunteers to keep Wiidookdaadiwin Lookout running day to day.

Member, Springwater Park Remembrance Day Volunteers

Working with volunteers from across Springwater to restart the Remembrance Day Ceremony at Springwater Provincial Park — and continuing to organize it each year.
